Gladbrook is owned by Elizabeth Wilkie (née Roberts). Elizabeth is the fourth generation to run Gladbrook and she has three children – Pip, Andrew and Emma. Elizabeth is passionate about Gladbrook and her forebears who lived here before her. Elizabeth is a dedicated gardener who loves nothing more than spending time in her garden. The beautiful flower arrangements in the guest rooms have been lovingly arranged by her. The expansive garden with beautiful trees, roses, rhododendrons, shrubs and expansive lawns is a credit to Elizabeth.

Andrew is a helicopter pilot and when he occasionally visits he helps with the farm work. When Emma visits from overseas, she participates in looking after guests, being a very good cook and having an eye for detail. Pip now runs her own tourism business and she also teaches at a local primary school.
